I called Marvin because my Marvin door was sticking and it was hard to close and open. Since my door was no longer under warranty, I had to leave a $200 deposit with my Visa in order to get a call from the service person.
Ray called and left a message on a Wednesday that he could get out the following Thursday between 11 and 1.
I had no say in day or time and told him I could not take a day off work so he can fix my door. Did not offer a convenient time for both of us and told me to call Stacey at the office to credit my visa to cancel.
Obviously could not care less if the door was working or not and there is no pride in product of service.
DO NOT BUY THESE DOORS....service totally sucks
